Ms Malia Rimrott

Ms Malia Rimrott

Physiotherapist

I graduated from the University of Toronto in 2022 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. I come from an athletic background, competing in Rhythmic Gymnastics for over 10 years. After experiencing many injuries myself, I developed a keen interest in learning how to facilitate recovery and optimize physical health through exercise. I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of patient populations, including pediatrics, high level athletes, post-operative patients, and older adults. I enjoy working collaboratively with patients to create a treatment plan that aligns with their individual goals. I use a combination of hands-on manual therapy, Acupuncture, exercise prescription and education relating to injury recovery and prevention. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. View details »

Senior Physiotherapist I’m Marcos, a senior sports physio with over 7 years of experience and a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Medicine from the University of Leeds. I’m passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and feel stronger. My approach combines hands-on care, including dry needling, with advanced tools like force plates, dynamometers, and blood flow restriction training to deliver the best possible results. As a competitive runner with a personal best of 14:44 in the 5K, I understand the challenges of staying injury-free and reaching your full potential. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to improve your performance, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. View details »
