Katie joins us fresh from the UK. She graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy and, after working for over three years as a Physiotherapist, has recently made the move to the other side of the world. Her experience ranges from managing sports injuries at international competitions to helping older adults recover after hip fractures.
She is passionate about helping her clients reach their individual goals. She believes in working together to create clear, achievable rehab plans. She focuses on rebuilding strength, control, and confidence through targeted exercise. When appropriate, she uses her expertise in sports massage and hands-on techniques to reduce pain and improve movement. Her hope is to empower people to feel a sense of ownership over their health and get back to doing what they love!
In her free time, Katie (she/her) is a white-water kayaker, rock climber, and general lover of adventure. From running to squash to netball, there aren’t many sports she's not tried. Her approachable attitude and big smile are sure to make everyone who walks through the door at Rehab Co. feel welcome and at ease. View details »
