Graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy).
I had the pleasure of working with St Pats basketball boys last year and assisted with the management of central league footballers from Karori AFC, but I also spent a lot of my time with general population injuries too. This has given me a good exposure to both high level sporting injuries and any normal day to day injuries.
I have my certificate in dry needling and enjoy doing other manual therapy techniques such as cupping and soft tissue massage for short-term relief of pain. However, for long term benefits I know that education of the injury, load management and activity modification and devising an individualized exercises programme is most important for getting you back into the things you love.
Outside of work I enjoy playing football, surfing and going for a walk and getting coffee. View details »
