Marcos is a senior sports physio with over 7 years of experience and a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Medicine from the University of Leeds. He is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and feel stronger.
His approach combines hands-on care, including dry needling, with advanced tools like force plates, dynamometers, and blood flow restriction training to deliver the best possible results. As a competitive runner with a personal best of 14:44 in the 5K, Marcos understands the challenges of staying injury-free and reaching your full potential.

Sadhbh, pronounced Sive (rhymes with five), is joining us from Ireland with a BSc of Physiotherapy from University College Dublin.
She has a keen interest in all things rehabilitation and has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients from high level sport to young athletes and older adults. Sadhbh is passionate about helping people get back to what's important to them, be that sport, hobbies or general day to day life. She is qualified in dry needling and uses a combination of hands on techniques, education and exercise to get you back doing what you love. She also has a particular interest in the treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ/Jaw) issues.
Outside the clinic, Sadhbh has spent over 20 years involved in gymnastics both as an athlete for the Irish national team and in more recent years in coaching and athlete development. In her free time, she loves coffee and the great outdoors, preferably a combination of both! View details »
