Charlotte has been working within healthcare provision in the UK since 2016 and completed her physiotherapy degree alongside working as a therapist in this field, qualifying with a distinction in 2024.
Alongside completing her degree Charlotte has also completed Level 3 VTCT qualifications in sports massage and attained hands on experience working with league rugby teams as a pitch side medic. She has spent the past year working with amputees to support in return to daily activities and sports following an amputation, developing a real passion to empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Charlotte was brought up in a world of competitive sports in the UK, competing for the British Waterski team, representing at both national and international levels for 10+ years.
Competing at this level provided an introduction into the importance of nutrition, strength and conditioning and recovery to improve performance. Following several setbacks with her own sporting injuries, this sparked a real passion for Charlotte in becoming a physiotherapist and wanting to support and help others in their rehabilitation journey.
In her spare time Charlotte still enjoys getting out on the lake for a ski or a board, mountain biking, snowboarding and training in the gym at the Mill, making the most of what Queenstown has to offer!
