Biography: I developed a love of movement as a dancer from a young age. I have a National Diploma in Dance Performance that I gained while studying at the New Zealand School of Dance in 2004. Since that time, I have worked as a contemporary dancer, teacher and choreographer before moving into the field of health and fitness. I have worked in NZ and further afield in London and Edinburgh as a personal trainer helping people rehabilitate in the gym before returning to NZ to study as a physiotherapist.
Clinical interests: I have a special interest in women’s health and am completing ongoing study in this field to help women throughout their life span from young female athletes, to pre and postnatal physio and beyond.
