Mitch graduated from the University of Otago in 2016 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Mitch grew up playing a wide range of sports competitively, representing at a provincial level in
basketball and at New Zealand level in volleyball.
It was through his passion for sport that he became
interested in how the body performs and helping people achieve their optimal physical health.
Throughout his time as a physiotherapist Mitch has been interested in exercising to improve
strength, function and mobility as well as return to sport after injury, which lead him to work with 1st
XV high school rugby teams in Auckland.
He combines a hand’s on approach including massage, manual therapy and dry needling, alongside
exercise prescription to aid recovery and help his clients reach their goals. View details »

Jess graduated from the University of Otago in 2025 with a Bachelor pf Physiotherapy.
Although a recent graduate physiotherapist, Jess has also completed a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Teaching and Learning.
Jess's journey to Physiotherapy began on a farm in rural Southland, where she gained a first-hand appreciation for the physicality of life and the reality that some injuries need more than just time to heal.
In the clinic, Jess is dedicated to demystifying the recovery process. She focuses on giving you tangible, in-session evidence and clear explanations so you can understand how tailored Physiotherapy can help you. Whether you are feeling achy, stiff, managing an injury or awaiting surgery, Jess will help you understand your body and guide you back to a level of function you may have lost sight of.
