Mr Andy Dwyer

Mr Andy Dwyer

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Andy Dwyer moved into Strength & Conditioning around five years ago after spending several years working in food and business, building a strong foundation in working with people and understanding the balance between work, family, and health. Since transitioning into coaching, Andy has worked with both everyday clients and athletes, primarily supporting busy individuals who want to train effectively, build strength, and stay injury-free while managing full schedules. In his previous role as a coach at Patch Fitness, Andy worked closely alongside on-site physiotherapists, helping clients transition from rehabilitation back into training and return to sport safely. He has a strong interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, and is committed to continuing to develop his knowledge in these areas. Andy also works with pre- and postnatal clients, helping them train safely during pregnancy and confidently return to exercise afterwards. Originally from the UK, Andy has been living in Queenstown for nearly 10 months and is loving everything the region has to offer. He moved to New Zealand with his wife, who is originally from Auckland, along with their son and daughter. Outside of work, Andy enjoys training, good food, mountain biking, and spending quality time with his family. View details »
