Cody has been pushing the limits of anatomy and physiological output long before his years as a Massage Therapist in his attempt to maximize peak strength, endurance and mobility. Having over a decade of experience working with professional athletes, he understands deeply the desire felt to get back to full potential performance after injury.

As an athlete, Cody grew up skateboarding, biking tough trails and long-distance cycling turning to the practice of Ashtanga yoga to counteract the injuries acquired a long the way before pushing hypertrophy in bodybuilding and gaining strength in the realms of powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
