LEAD PHYSIO - Talia has over 10 years clinical experience in Physiotherapy, and has also completed her postgraduate studies in traditional Chinese and western acupuncture from AUT in 2017. She has found this to be extremely beneficial in conjunction with her traditional physiotherapy skills to help her clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Additionally, she is also qualified in cupping treatment, and is a trained Pilates instructor.
Talia has a passion for treating elite athletes, elderly, youth and post-operative conditions. She has a wide range of experience in all acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries as well as chronic pain, work related injuries and complex conditions. Talia enjoys treating every client with a holistic approach and believes there is always a multidimensional component to each recovery journey. She has also had the opportunity to travel the world with sports team and has previously worked with Cook Islands National Women’s Netball, U21 Cook Islands Women’s Netball, NZ Men’s Netball, Northern Comets Netball and International CrossFit Athletes.
In her spare time, Talia enjoys spending time with family and friends, a good cup of coffee, outdoor activities, and staying active with CrossFit and running.
