I bring both professional experience and a compassionate, caring approach to my massage therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology, which deepens my understanding of the body and how it responds to treatment. Alongside my studies, I’ve been privileged to work with sports teams, providing massage to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance.
With hands-on experience in therapeutic massage, I tailor every treatment to suit your individual needs—whether that’s easing muscle tension, aiding recovery, or simply taking time out to relax. Combining my physiotherapy knowledge with massage, I aim to help clients feel better, move better, and live well. View details »
