Lance is an experienced physiotherapist that graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2015. With a strong background in both hospital and community healthcare settings, Lance has worked extensively across New Zealand and the UK, providing rehabilitation and support to a diverse range of patients/clients.
Passionate about helping people regain movement and improve their quality of life, Lance has developed expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation. He focusses on patient-centred approach and on evidence-based techniques to promote recovery and long-term well-being.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys staying active through training, exploring different food, and traveling to experience new cultures, His love for movement extends beyond physiotherapy, as he believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness.
