Andrew Jones is a qualified physiotherapist and a graduate of the University of Otago, where he completed both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has extensive experience working with a wide range of acute and persistent musculoskeletal conditions, supporting people through pain, injury, and rehabilitation. Andrew’s clinical approach is holistic, collaborative, and outcome-focused, aiming to improve function, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. Jeremy graduated from Otago University and has worked primarily in the area of musculoskeletal sports physiotherapy, occupational health and chronic pain management. Jeremy has worked with several sports clubs/teams in hockey, cricket and rugby from amateur to elite level. He has clinical expertise in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. He is currently studying a post graduate through Otago University in pain and pain management and has completed training in pain reprocessing therapy and ACT. Jeremy enjoys working closely with his patients throughout their rehab journey to help them achieve their goals and return to their pre-injury level of function. Kathryn (Kate) graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, majoring in Exercise prescription and management, and a degree Physiotherapy from the University of Otago (2002). With a passion for learning and helping others achieve their goals, Kate continued to study through the University of Auckland, completing a Post- Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation, completing the requirements to become a certified Hand Therapist (2010), a certificate in Health Coaching (2017), PINK cancer Rehab training (2020).
Kate splits her working week between Rehabilitation work in the Community and Hospital Physiotherapy team, and Hand Therapy treatment in our inhouse clinic.
Aiming to work for the individual, to learn about them and how to add joy and function back into their life.
When not working Kate enjoys the great outdoors, staying active, being in or on the water, learning about people, chatting, chocolate and trying new recipes. View details »
