Beth graduated from the University of Worcester in the United Kingdom. Her career started in the National Health Service, where she gained experience in multiple clinical specialties such as sports injuries and post-trauma care whilst also volunteering as a Physiotherapist at the London Marathon in 2019 and 2021.
Beth moved to New Zealand in 2022 and worked for Te Whatu Ora in Whakatane for over a year where she also enjoyed volunteering as a Physiotherapist at the Taupo Ironman Competition and Mount Maunganui Race in 2024.
Beth is passionate about helping people return to the meaningful activities and sports they enjoy, as soon as possible.

Shelley graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2023. She has experience in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients and community ACC contract work. She has worked with Beach Volleyball New Zealand in sports specific training and enjoys creating individualized programmes to return to sport. Shelley values building quality connections with others and is passionate about encouraging and helping people create meaningful change that lasts, achieving goals that have been set out during a rehabilitation journey. While studying Physiotherapy she was teaching swimming skills for all ages. Outside of her work she enjoys making the most of her weekends, getting outdoors tramping, camping and adventuring. Jeremy graduated from Otago University and has worked primarily in the area of musculoskeletal sports physiotherapy, occupational health and chronic pain management. Jeremy has worked with several sports clubs/teams in hockey, cricket and rugby from amateur to elite level. He has clinical expertise in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. He is currently studying a post graduate through Otago University in pain and pain management and has completed training in pain reprocessing therapy and ACT. Jeremy enjoys working closely with his patients throughout their rehab journey to help them achieve their goals and return to their pre-injury level of function.
