Ashley is an experienced sports physiotherapist graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in 2017 from AUT & is currently completing her Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy. Ashley’s physiotherapy philosophy is to treat the whole athlete looking beyond the physical factors and considering lifestyle, environmental factors, beliefs, and general wellbeing. This ensures she creates individualized rehabilitation plans that are appropriate and achievable for each client. Education plays an important role in Ashley’s treatment plans with a strong focus on creating fair understanding about recovering from their injury.
