Rosie is an English physiotherapist with an Honors Degree from the University of Birmingham. She has experience working in a variety of settings including sports clinics, hospitals, and communities. She is passionate about working with her clients through their rehab journey to regain independence and achieve their goals, as well as liaising with other health professionals to provide holistic care and promote a healthy lifestyle.

After qualifying she went on to do rotations within the NHS in inpatient and outpatient departments where she learnt a variety of skills and developed her Physiotherapy knowledge treating both acute and chronic conditions. Her most recent rotation was MSK outpatients and orthopaedics. Sophie is dedicated to making her treatment personalised to the individual and ensures that her approach is client-centred. Sophie uses a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education and advice and also utilises her sports massage diploma to achieve the client’s desired fitness and health goals. Vijay is a Physiotherapist with a Physical Education and Physiology degree, with 20 years of experience he is passionate about giving people the tools to self-manage at school, work, home or in the sporting environment.
