She takes a hands-on, personalised approach to care, combining manual therapy with tailored exercise prescription to help patients recover, build strength, and prevent future injuries. She has a particular interest in managing spinal presentations, including neck and back pain, as well as gym and sports-related injuries. As a dedicated CrossFit athlete, Andie understands the physical demands of training and enjoys supporting people through injury rehab and performance optimisation. Andie has completed postgraduate training in manipulative therapy, dry needling, and functional movement assessment, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, evidence-based care.
