Nicole is a highly experienced Lead and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with extensive practice in both New Zealand and Australia. She is passionate about combining excellent communication skills with evidence-based treatments to support her patients effectively. Nicole has experience managing a wide range of conditions and thrives on the challenge of helping every individual who walks through the clinic doors. As our lead pelvic health physiotherapist, Nicole specialises in men’s and women’s pelvic health rehabilitation, including expert care for birthing injuries. She also has a strong interest in occupational rehabilitation and is enthusiastic about pool- and gym-based rehab programs. Additionally, Nicole brings valuable experience working closely with endurance sports athletes, offering a unique perspective to her rehabilitation approach. Please note: If you are booking a Pelvic Health or ACC Maternal Birth Injury appointment, kindly select the appropriate service from the drop-down menu, as these appointments require longer session times. She has a particular interest in managing spinal presentations, including neck and back pain, as well as gym and sports-related injuries. As a dedicated CrossFit athlete, Andie understands the physical demands of training and enjoys supporting people through injury rehab and performance optimisation. Andie has completed postgraduate training in manipulative therapy, dry needling, and functional movement assessment, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, evidence-based care.
