After graduating from the University of Otago in 2020, I have developed extensive experience working with both the sporting and general population. In both New Zealand and Australia, I have worked as the lead Physio for Premier rugby and football teams, whilst also treating patients within a clinic environment. I have also spent the past two years developing rehab and return to work plans for people with both acute and chronic injuries – including a lot of concussion.
I love chatting with my patients, getting to know them, and understanding what factors may be impacting their injury and recovery. It’s a bit cliché, but I strive to take a holistic approach to my treatment! I will work with you to develop a realistic rehab plan that is individualized and tailored to your goals. View details »
Graduated with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2021 from Queen Margaret Uni, Edinburgh, and previously Sports Rehabilitation degree in 2017.
I have worked within various sports from amateur and professional rugby to GB Taekwondo, Ski seasons, private clinics, as well as the healthcare system in the UK before making the move across to New Zealand.
I am passionate about working with you to understand your injury and goals, getting you back to where you want to be, and feeling confident in moving your body!
Outside of physio, I enjoy the outdoors, exploring New Zealand, skiing, hiking and watching rugby with friends. View details »
