Katie graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2021 and has a strong passion for Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation. She has gained extensive experience working across a variety of sports, including football, rugby, golf, hockey, and swimming.
Katie has worked as the Physiotherapist for the 1st XV Wakatipu High School Rugby Team for the past two seasons and previously served as a Physiotherapist and Classifier for the Scotland Cerebral Palsy Men’s Football Team, competing across Europe for three years.
She is trained in Dry Needling and APPI Clinical Mat Pilates, and her background as a former national-level golfer and swimmer gives her valuable insight into the physical and mental demands of sport.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys golfing, running, swimming, and hiking in the mountains.

Sam graduated with distinction in Physiotherapy from Bangor University in 2021, following an undergraduate degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Science. He has a strong passion for ongoing learning and staying up to date with best practice in the field.
He has worked in both New Zealand and the UK with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and is committed to empowering clients to return to the activities they love, whether big goals or everyday movements.
