I graduated from University College Dublin in Ireland in 2019 and moved to New Zealand shortly afterwards.
As a physio, I have worked with soccer, rugby and gaelic football teams across a variety of age groups and levels in mens + womens sport in Ireland and New Zealand. I am currently studying for a Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning qualification to continue to develop my skills.
I am passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love and really enjoy working with people to achieve their goals. I have a particular interest in injuries that require long term rehab and love using my exercise skills to make sure people are getting back to and beyond their pre-injury levels. That interest leads me to see a lot of significant injuries and post-surgical cases with ACL injuries, shoulder dislocations and achilles ruptures currently top of my list.
Outside of work I love all types of sport. I'm currently playing soccer and gaelic football along with gym training, but I have qualifications as a kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding instructor and I'm currently trying to master surfing. When I'm not playing sports, I love exploring New Zealand's beautiful landscape by hiking, camping and tramping. View details »

Since moving to Auckland over 2 years ago, I have gained great experience working in
private practice physiotherapy and alongside club rugby teams. Prior to this, I worked in the
acute hospital setting in Ireland for over 2 years, after graduating from the Masters
physiotherapy programme at University College Cork in 2020.
As a senior physiotherapist at Rehab Co, I have a huge passion for supporting people and
providing evidence-based advice for managing pain & injury. I have a strong background in
exercise-based rehabilitation, and I love to combine these rehabilitation skills with a blend of
practical advice and manual therapy to help people achieve their goals and return back to
their best.
In the clinic, I treat a wide range of injuries and pain presentations, with a special interest in
ACL rehabilitation and other post-surgical cases, tendon injuries, and low back pain. Outside
of work, I love staying active in my spare time by running, playing gaelic football, surfing,
golf, tennis and…a lot of hiking. View details »
