Ms Shania Ellis

Ms Shania Ellis

Physiotherapist

I recently graduated from AUT with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, driven by my lifelong passion for sports. My goal is to help individuals return to their favourite activities and achieve sporting excellence. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable experience, including working with the Beachlands Maraetai Football Club, where I treated a variety of injuries. I adopt a client-centered approach, creating tailored rehabilitation plans to meet individual goals—whether recovering from injury, returning to work, or preparing for competitions. In my free time, I enjoy running, scenic walks, gym workouts, and Pilates, and I love spending time outdoors with friends and family. View details »

Ms Sabrina Rose

Physiotherapist

I studied in the UK and graduated as a Sports Therapist in 2015 and later obtained my master's degree to become a Physiotherapist in 2019. I have worked in hospitals, ski resorts, businesses, clinics and sports teams before moving to New Zealand. As a physio, I love getting to know the individual I am working with and helping them build their abilities and confidence to reach their goals. I believe everyone can and should feel confident managing their fitness. I always give each of my clients a personalised treatment approach to help them progress. Outside of being a physio, I enjoy running and completed my first marathon last year. Otherwise, I simply enjoy being outdoors, exploring the beauty of NZ and being with friends. View details »
