I graduated from Leeds Beckett University and worked for 2 years at Bradford Teaching Hospitals in the UK. Since I graduated, I have worked in the community, on IMC and intensive care unit wards but found my home when working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have experience working in outpatient clinics and with rugby and soccer teams.
I ran group rehab classes for post and pre-operative ACL patients in the outpatient clinics and developed a strong passion for helping people through the challenges of major surgery. I am dedicated to using evidence-based practice to optimise rehabilitation from injury. I work closely with my clients to deliver them a personalised treatment plan to ensure they are getting the most out of our sessions.
I moved to New Zealand in 2023. Outside of work, I love camping and exploring the stunning scenery all over the country. I also regularly swim, run, and I play squash and soccer a couple of times a week.

From a young age I have held a passion for health and well-being, and have taken onboard a holistic approach in achieving positive health outcomes, both in myself and those around me.
My aim is to bring a warm, professional, and holistic approach, to heal not just the symptom, but the root cause of a persons health issue.
My education began in Wellington studying Health Science - Psychology. Though, after some time I realised the limitations to Psychology alone, and soon moved to Auckland to complete a Bachelor of Health Science - majoring in Acupuncture.
My clinical experience has been immensely diverse. From treating sporting injuries and acute/chronic pain, to paediatrics, autoimmune conditions and mental health.
In any case I am determined and take a hands on approach to find both, the cause, and to relieve the symptoms of any health condition.
Outside of work I have a passion for languages, love; exploring, hiking, painting, spending time with loved ones, and annoying them with a song or two. View details »
