I graduated from Leeds Beckett University and worked for 2 years at Bradford Teaching Hospitals in the UK. Since I graduated, I have worked in the community, on IMC and intensive care unit wards but found my home when working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have experience working in outpatient clinics and with rugby and soccer teams. I ran group rehab classes for post and pre-operative ACL patients in the outpatient clinics and developed a strong passion for helping people through the challenges of major surgery. I am dedicated to using evidence-based practice to optimise rehabilitation from injury. I work closely with my clients to deliver them a personalised treatment plan to ensure they are getting the most out of our sessions. I moved to New Zealand in 2023.
