Hi, I’m Lauren, an Irish Physiotherapist with a background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. I completed both the Professional Masters in Physiotherapy and the BSc in Health & Performance Science at University College Dublin.
Since graduating, I have worked in private practice in Dublin, helping a wide range of clients including athletes to those looking to stay active and pain-free. I enjoy combining exercise-based rehab and education to support people in moving better, feeling stronger and reaching their goals. I have also been fortunate to work with the Football Association of Ireland, where I led the design and delivery of athletic development programmes.
I recently moved to New Zealand for a new adventure, to enjoy the outdoors and to continue growing professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and participating in endurance events. View details »
Hi I’m Shane, a physiotherapist from County Meath in Ireland. Since moving to Auckland
over 2 years ago, I have gained incredible experience working in private practice
physiotherapy and alongside club rugby teams. Prior to this, I worked in an acute hospital in
Ireland for over 2 years, shortly after graduating from the Masters physiotherapy programme
at University College Cork in 2020.
As a physio, I have a huge passion for supporting people and providing evidence-based
advice for managing pain & injury. I have a strong background in exercise-based
rehabilitation, and I love to combine these rehabilitation skills with a blend of practical advice
and manual therapy to help people achieve their goals and return back to their best. In the
clinic, I treat a wide range of injuries and pain presentations, with a special interest in ACL
rehabilitation and other post-surgical cases, tendon injuries, and low back pain. Outside of
work, I love staying active in my spare time. Alongside playing Gaelic football and running,
my move to Aotearoa has led to me taking up surfing, golf, tennis…and a lot of hiking. View details »
