Bradley has been a New Zealand registered Podiatrist since 2011, providing expert foot and ankle care across the Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions. With over a decade of experience, he has developed a strong clinical focus on acute injuries and the rehabilitation of post-surgical ankle fractures and knee injuries. Bradley is passionate about helping people return to activity—whether that means high-level sport or everyday movement—and has worked closely with elite basketball and football clubs throughout Auckland and the Bay of Plenty.
He is an experienced provider of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), proficient in Dry Needling Therapy, and certified in advanced foot and ankle anesthesia as well as minor surgical procedures. This diverse skillset allows him to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Bradley’s approach combines clinical precision with a deep understanding of biomechanics and performance. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and exploring his passion for footwear—from high-performance sports shoes to everyday comfort and function. View details »
Hi, I’m Lauren, an Irish Physiotherapist with a background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. I completed both the Professional Masters in Physiotherapy and the BSc in Health & Performance Science at University College Dublin.
Since graduating, I have worked in private practice in Dublin, helping a wide range of clients including athletes to those looking to stay active and pain-free. I enjoy combining exercise-based rehab and education to support people in moving better, feeling stronger and reaching their goals. I have also been fortunate to work with the Football Association of Ireland, where I led the design and delivery of athletic development programmes.
I recently moved to New Zealand for a new adventure, to enjoy the outdoors and to continue growing professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and participating in endurance events. View details »
I graduated from Otago University in 2020. I have since returned home to Auckland to pursue my career in rehab and sports physiotherapy.
I have worked as the lead physiotherapist for multiple teams including the NZ Warriors Development, Otago Rugby Mens Development and Richmond Rugby League.
In the clinic, I enjoy working alongside my clients to develop rehab programs that fit their lifestyle and modify their training whilst they recover.
When I'm not working, you'll find me training with my team at CrossFit Kia Maia as we look to build on from our success at last year's national competition. View details »
