Kia Ora, I’m Ben, a physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people recover from injuries and reach their full physical potential—both in everyday life and with athletic endeavours.
I graduated from AUT with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2022. Since then I have also become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and am certified to perform dry needling. My approach combines evidence-based rehab techniques with performance-focused training to help clients not only heal but also come back stronger.
Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with various populations such as older-persons, post-surgical, chronic pain, and working in premier-level rugby, where I gained hands-on experience in treating high-performance athletes and managing acute and chronic sports injuries.
My key interests lie in strength and conditioning, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and tendinopathy management. Whether you’re an athlete working toward peak performance or someone recovering from an injury, I’m here to guide you through a personalized, structured approach to recovery and improvement. I’m especially passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and performance—making sure you don't just return to your sport, but return better prepared.
Let’s work together to get you moving better, feeling stronger, and performing at your best. View details »
