Nick is a Wellington native with a unique journey into physiotherapy. After embarking on a successful yet unfulfilling career in marketing, he decided to pursue his true passion – helping people lead more active and healthy lives. This led him to complete a Bachelor of
Health Science in Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology. Following university, Nick has worked in a busy private musculoskeletal clinic in
Queenstown, where he treated a diverse range of clients, from weekend warriors to elite
athletes. He was also the Team Physiotherapist for the Sky City Stampede during their national championship-winning 2024 season and has experience supporting professional sporting events such as the New Zealand PGA Golf Open. The transition from marketing to physiotherapy was a pivotal moment, as he found purpose and fulfilment in contributing to the well-being of others. Natasha Graduate from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2019. Natasha is dedicated to helping individuals recover from their injuries and achieve their goals through a holistic approach to treatment. By combining hands-on therapy such as manual therapy and soft tissue therapy along with personalised exercise prescriptions. Whether recovering from an injury, managing pain, or aiming to improve overall well-being, Natasha is committed to empowering people so they can move and live better. Ricky moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2023. He brings close to 15 years of experience split between public service in South Africa, sports medicine and rehabilitation in Dubai and private practice in New Zealand. He has wide-ranging clinical experience, from ACL and rotator cuff rehab to those struggling with persistent pain. His special interests are in fundamental well-being and musculoskeletal therapy; and he has done further training in pain, strength and conditioning and dry needling.
In his early career he undertook a one-year certificate in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Therapy (also known as Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy).
