After qualifying she went on to do rotations within the NHS in inpatient and outpatient departments where she learnt a variety of skills and developed her Physiotherapy knowledge treating both acute and chronic conditions. Her most recent rotation was MSK outpatients and orthopaedics. Sophie is dedicated to making her treatment personalised to the individual and ensures that her approach is client-centred. Sophie uses a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education and advice and also utilises her sports massage diploma to achieve the client’s desired fitness and health goals. Arantzasu graduated in 2013 from Universidad Andres Bello (Santiago, Chile) and holds a Diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from the same entity. Shane is originally from Ireland and qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 from Trinity College Dublin. Shane worked in private practice and in a sports team setting in Ireland for several years, before traveling to New Zealand in 2015. He has worked in private practice and with sporting individuals of all levels in Wellington for over 10 years. He completed his post graduate diploma at AUT in 2021. Most recently, Shane completed a research Master's through AUT in 2024 and became registered as an Advanced Practise Physiotherapist in 2025. View details »
