Ricky moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2023. He brings close to 15 years of experience split between public service in South Africa, sports medicine and rehabilitation in Dubai and private practice in New Zealand. He has wide-ranging clinical experience, from ACL and rotator cuff rehab to those struggling with persistent pain. His special interests are in fundamental well-being and musculoskeletal therapy; and he has done further training in pain, strength and conditioning and dry needling.
In his early career he undertook a one-year certificate in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Therapy (also known as Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy).
