After qualifying she went on to do rotations within the NHS in inpatient and outpatient departments where she learnt a variety of skills and developed her Physiotherapy knowledge treating both acute and chronic conditions. Her most recent rotation was MSK outpatients and orthopaedics. Sophie is dedicated to making her treatment personalised to the individual and ensures that her approach is client-centred. Sophie uses a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education and advice and also utilises her sports massage diploma to achieve the client’s desired fitness and health goals. Arantzasu graduated in 2013 from Universidad Andres Bello (Santiago, Chile) and holds a Diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from the same entity.
