After qualifying she went on to do rotations within the NHS in inpatient and outpatient departments where she learnt a variety of skills and developed her Physiotherapy knowledge treating both acute and chronic conditions. Her most recent rotation was MSK outpatients and orthopaedics. Sophie is dedicated to making her treatment personalised to the individual and ensures that her approach is client-centred. Sophie uses a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education and advice and also utilises her sports massage diploma to achieve the client’s desired fitness and health goals. Sam is originally from Wellington and graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2016. He is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Institute NZ, 2017), and he has worked extensively in New Zealand, as well as in Canada. His experience is primarily in private-practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy, which included time as Head Physiotherapist for the Wellington Blaze Cricket team. Sam has worked on an individual basis with a variety of professional athletes at the New Zealand national level such as the White Ferns, Black Caps, and Tall Blacks, as well as athletes from the NCAA, NBL, NZNBL and a former NBA player. He recently completed his Masters of Business Administration (Quantic School of Business and Technology, 2024) and comes to WSP from a role as clinic manager at a busy private-practice. Jarrid graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 2012. He has worked in a private practice clinic for 7 years in South Africa. He went on to do this Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Course and has a hands-on approach to treatments. He has recently moved to New Zealand in 2022. Jarrid treats each client as an individual and his approach is aimed to meet each of his client’s needs with where they are at.
