Corrie graduated in Edinburgh with a BSc Physiotherapy then worked in Scotland in private practice and NHS. Prior to working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy she spent time gaining a wealth of experience in stroke and neurological rehab, and pre and post op orthopaedics.
Her background is in strength and conditioning, and she owned and ran her own gym and training facility in Scotland for over 10 years training everyone from performance athletes to older adults, as well as spending 3 seasons looking after her local rugby club.
She delivers first class injury prevention programmes, loves to get involved in individualised rehabilitation and return to sport, and is a firm believer that client education and a trusting relationship are key to successful return to health and fitness. She is also qualified and skilled in hands on treatments, clinical sports massage, myofascial and trigger point release, medical acupuncture and has done further certification in nutrition for performance. She is currently undertaking ongoing education with the British Menopause Society and has a particular interest in the effects of perimenopause and menopause on joint and bone health.
She recently moved to New Zealand to enjoy the Queenstown outdoor lifestyle, and in her spare time you'll likely find her hiking up or sliding down our glorious mountains, or (slowly) running or biking the trails. View details »
Kayleigh grew up in Christchurch before moving to Dunedin to study Physiotherapy. After graduating, she returned to Christchurch to work before heading to Canada, where she spent the past couple of years as a massage therapist in a ski town. There, she worked extensively with skiers, snowboarders, and mountain bikers, helping them recover and perform at their best.
A passionate sports enthusiast and lover of the outdoors, Kayleigh is happiest when she’s skiing, mountain biking, kayaking—or doing just about anything outside. She has worked with a wide range of athletes, including rugby clubs, basketball, rowing, and cricket teams, as well as multisport competitors. Kayleigh is dedicated to helping people return to the activities they love, and to go beyond ordinary rehab by improving movement efficiency and biomechanics for long-term performance. Her approach combines evidence-based practice, manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, and sport-specific strength and conditioning. She has completed further training in shoulder, hip, and spinal injuries and is also certified in concussion management, dry needling and pilates.
Now based in Queenstown, Kayleigh loves being part of this community. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her out exploring on her bike, skis, kayak, or climbing.
