Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2019. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. Ben has worked with football teams over the last 5 years and is the lead physiotherapist for the Birkenhead United Men's Team. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Level 1 & 2.
Ben has a passion for all sports and an interest in treating sporting injuries using a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. He is also involved in the return to sport and force plate testing utilised at the clinic.

Dylan graduated from AUT in 2023 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy. He has a keen interest in the management of sports injuries and exercise-based rehabilitation. He strives help people achieve their goals and get them back to doing the things they enjoy. Dylan is passionate about all sports but has a particular interest in Football. Hayley graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy. Hayley has a background in kayaking and has represented New Zealand in Canoe Polo for the past 7 years. This has inspired a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, sport and exercise rehabilitation.
Hayley is also a qualified group fitness instructor at Les Mills. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and return to optimal function.
