Riagan graduated in 2022 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy from AUT. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, providing exercise and evidence-based rehabilitation. He is also a qualified personal trainer with an extensive background in the fitness industry.
Riagan is passionate about all aspects of general health and sports performance. He has previously competed in various Powerlifting competitions and has coached others to regional and national levels.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2019 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. His professional journey has included working with the Northern Rovers and Glenfield Rugby Club, where he gained valuable experience in managing sports-related injuries and enhancing athletic performance.

Jay graduated from AUT University in 2017 with a BHSc (Physiotherapy) Degree and completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2021. He is highly passionate about sports medicine, strength & conditioning and injury prevention with performance enhancement.
Jay has worked with a number of football teams. Working with all these clubs allowed him to establish a solid foundation in injury management, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning.
