Cole graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2023 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy. Cole has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within the area of sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Having previously been a professional footballer, including representing New Zealand at both Olympic and international level, Cole has built his own experiences as an athlete into his practice as a physiotherapist. Riagan graduated in 2022 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy from AUT. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, providing exercise and evidence-based rehabilitation. He is also a qualified personal trainer with an extensive background in the fitness industry.
Riagan is passionate about all aspects of general health and sports performance. He has previously competed in various Powerlifting competitions and has coached others to regional and national levels.

Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in in 2019. He will be the lead therapist at Birkenhead Football Club and specialises in football injuries. He is also certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 1 & 2.
He shares a love for all sports and has an interest in treating sports injuries and assisting athletes with their return to sport.
