Charlie completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Honours) in Functional Human Health (2021) , followed by a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2025), both at the University of Otago. Charlie has experience providing Physiotherapy for rugby teams reflecting his strong interest and capability in high-performance and contact sport environments. With a background in the military, Charlie brings a disciplined, practical, and performance driven approach to rehabilitation. He has a particular clinical interest in lower limb injuries and enjoys working with active individuals and athletes to support their return to sport and function. Charlie has a strong passion for skiing and snow sports and is keen to further develop his expertise in managing snow sport related injuries. Aaron earned his Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2019 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. Aaron has a special interest in rock climbing, having climbed for many years and developed an intimate understanding of the sport's demands on the body. Drawing on this experience alongside his advanced musculoskeletal training, Aaron specializes in helping climbers of all levels from beginners to advanced athletes recover from injury while implementing targeted prevention strategies. His approach focuses on not only getting you back on the wall but optimizing your performance and ensuring a safe, sustainable return to climbing that minimizes the risk of re-injury. While climbing injuries are a special focus, Aaron treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and workplace injuries. His approach combines manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and education to create sustainable, long-term results. Mark qualified from AUT in 2001 and started his career at Roland Jeffery Physio. On completing his post graduate diploma in 2004, Mark then spent 9 years in England working with professional teams in the Championship and Premier League (Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers). Mark returned to NZ between 2013 and 2016 and worked both at Roland Jeffery Physio. and with the All Whites. In 2017 Mark was offered the opportunity to join RB Leipzig in the German Bundesliga and study Myo-reflex Therapy in Copenhagen. This was an incredibly challenging and demanding time but resulted in 9 years of amazing experiences including 4 cup finals, 2 super cup finals and one Champions League semi-final, as well as the opportunity to help numerous players on their way to some of the best clubs in World Football.
