Riagan graduated in 2022 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy from AUT. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, providing exercise and evidence-based rehabilitation. He is also a qualified personal trainer with an extensive background in the fitness industry.
Riagan is passionate about all aspects of general health and sports performance. He has previously competed in various Powerlifting competitions and has coached others to regional and national levels.

Emily graduated from AUT in 2014. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2018, and Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019. She also has Level 1 & 2 certificates in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Emily has a special interest in sports injuries, neck and back problems. She offers clinical Pilates and Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to help restore faulty movement patterns. Emily works with the Senior NZ's Women’s Futsal Team (Futsal Ferns) and AFF Women's Premier Futsal Team.

Mark qualified from AUT in 2001 and started his career at Roland Jeffery Physio. On completing his post graduate diploma in 2004, Mark then spent 9 years in England working with professional teams in the Championship and Premier League (Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers).
Mark returned to NZ between 2013 and 2016 and worked both at Roland Jeffery Physio. and with the All Whites. In 2017 Mark was offered the opportunity to join RB Leipzig in the German Bundesliga and study Myo-reflex Therapy in Copenhagen. This was an incredibly challenging and demanding time but resulted in 9 years of amazing experiences including 4 cup finals, 2 super cup finals and one Champions League semi-final, as well as the opportunity to help numerous players on their way to some of the best clubs in World Football.
