Natalya graduated in 2024 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland. Alongside physiotherapy, she is an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor, leading both group and one-on-one sessions.
Natalya's approach to care combines manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and Pilates principles, delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. While she is passionate about treating a range of sports-related injuries, her experience as a keen trail runner has fuelled a special interest in managing running injuries and helping athletes return to peak performance.

Sam graduated from the University of Otago in 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. He has an interest in sport and exercise rehabilitation with a love for all sports. Sam enjoys helping athletes work towards their goals and return to activity. In 2024 he will be working with the Takapuna AFC Men’s 1st team.

Jason Rope graduated from AUT in 2015 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy and has completed his Masters in Health Practice in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2019. He also has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement from the University of Sydney and is a qualified personal trainer.
Jason has been involved with football over the last 7 years and is the is current Northern Rovers men's premier team physiotherapist. Jason specialises in exercise based rehabilitation, utilising the skills from previous study and FMS (Level 1 & 2) certifications to help his patients progress into an effective return to sport or activity. Jason leads the vocational rehabilitation service for gym programmes in the clinic.
