Hamish graduated from AUT University in 2017 with a BHSc (Physiotherapy) Degree and completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2021. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Levels 1 & 2. Hamish has a passion for treating a range of injuries, utilising manual therapy and strength and conditioning. Hamish has been involved in developing and undertaking ACL re-injury prevention testing here in the clinic and has a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2019. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. Ben has worked with football teams over the last 5 years and is the lead physiotherapist for the Birkenhead United Men's Team. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Level 1 & 2. Ben has a passion for all sports and an interest in treating sporting injuries using a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
