Ms Janina Aricheta
Physiotherapist
Janina Aricheta graduated in 2013 from Otago University with Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has since completed her Certificate in Manual therapy in 2015, Post-Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture in 2016 and Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019. She also finished her Pilates training in 2020. Janina has an extensive experience working with international sporting teams, including New Zealand Football. She has a special interest in sporting and spinal injuries. Janina teaches Pilates, with one-one-one sessions and classes. Janina speaks fluent Tagalog. View details »
Mr Hamish Donnison

Hamish graduated from AUT University in 2017 with a BHSc (Physiotherapy) Degree and completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2021. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Levels 1 & 2. Hamish has a passion for treating a range of injuries, utilising manual therapy and strength and conditioning. Hamish has been involved in developing and undertaking ACL re-injury prevention testing here in the clinic and has a special interest in sports rehabilitation.
