Emily graduated from AUT in 2014. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2018, and Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019. She also has Level 1 & 2 certificates in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Emily has a special interest in sports injuries, neck and back problems. She offers clinical Pilates and Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to help restore faulty movement patterns. Emily works with the Senior NZ's Women’s Futsal Team (Futsal Ferns) and AFF Women's Premier Futsal Team.
Emily speaks fluent Mandarin.

Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2019. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. Ben has worked with football teams over the last 5 years and is the lead physiotherapist for the Birkenhead United Men's Team. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Level 1 & 2.
Ben has a passion for all sports and an interest in treating sporting injuries using a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. He is also involved in the return to sport and force plate testing utilised at the clinic.

Pip Greenwood graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2001 and obtained her Post Graduate Diploma Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from AUT in 2014. She is Pilates instructor trained under the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
Pip is a credentialed McKenzie practitioner. Her experience includes working with NZ Women's (White Ferns) cricket team and NZ Football. She is currently the physio for the New Zealand U20 Women’s football team and lead therapist for the Football Ferns.
Her special interests include spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy, core stability and performance training. View details »
