Anna graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy. She is a competitive hockey player and has a passion for team sports. This has sparked an interest in the treatment of sports injuries and rehabilitation. Anna is enthusiastic about using both a hands-on and an exercise-based approach when treating injuries In 2024 she will be working with the Takapuna AFC Men’s 1st team. View details »
Pip Greenwood graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2001 and obtained her Post Graduate Diploma Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from AUT in 2014. She is Pilates instructor trained under the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
Pip is a credentialed McKenzie practitioner. Her experience includes working with NZ Women's (White Ferns) cricket team and NZ Football. She is currently the physio for the New Zealand U20 Women’s football team and lead therapist for the Football Ferns.
Her special interests include spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy, core stability and performance training. View details »
Natalya graduated in 2024 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland. Alongside physiotherapy, she is an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor, leading both group and one-on-one sessions.
Natalya's approach to care combines manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and Pilates principles, delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. While she is passionate about treating a range of sports-related injuries, her experience as a keen trail runner has fuelled a special interest in managing running injuries and helping athletes return to peak performance.
