Mark qualified from AUT in 2001 and started his career at Roland Jeffery Physio. On completing his post graduate diploma in 2004, Mark then spent 9 years in England working with professional teams in the Championship and Premier League (Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers).
Mark returned to NZ between 2013 and 2016 and worked both at Roland Jeffery Physio. and with the All Whites. In 2017 Mark was offered the opportunity to join RB Leipzig in the German Bundesliga and study Myo-reflex Therapy in Copenhagen. This was an incredibly challenging and demanding time but resulted in 9 years of amazing experiences including 4 cup finals, 2 super cup finals and one Champions League semi-final, as well as the opportunity to help numerous players on their way to some of the best clubs in World Football. Mat graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2025. He completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation with a double major in Exercise Science and Health and Physical Education in 2012 and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching in 2013. Mat worked in the fitness industry as well as teaching secondary school Physical Education, Health and Science. He values helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment plan.
Mat has experience working with football teams as well as premier rugby teams and has a general interest in all sports. He played premier hockey for 15 years, including playing at a national level, and is still actively involved in the hockey community with coaching. Mat is particularly interested in musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He is committed to assisting patients to return to what matters to them, as well as improving their sporting performance and preventing future injury.

Janina Aricheta graduated in 2013 from Otago University with Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has since completed her Certificate in Manual therapy in 2015, Post-Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture in 2016 and Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019. She also finished her Pilates training in 2020.
Janina has an extensive experience working with international sporting teams, including New Zealand Football. She has a special interest in sporting and spinal injuries. Janina teaches Pilates, with one-one-one sessions and classes.
