Natalya graduated in 2024 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland. Alongside physiotherapy, she is an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor, leading both group and one-on-one sessions.
Natalya's approach to care combines manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and Pilates principles, delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. While she is passionate about treating a range of sports-related injuries, her experience as a keen trail runner has fuelled a special interest in managing running injuries and helping athletes return to peak performance.

Matt graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2020 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy and completed his postgraduate diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2025. He is also certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Levels 1 & 2.
Matt has a strong passion for sports, strength & conditioning, and exercise-based rehabilitation. He combines hands-on treatment with movement and exercise strategies to help patients achieve their goals efficiently and safely.
Matt has extensive experience working with rugby teams, including the North Harbour Rugby B's and North Harbour 7's, and East Coast Bays Rugby, supporting the team for the past 4 years.
In addition to his work at Roland Jeffery Physio, Matt also serves as a Spinal Orthopaedic Triage Physiotherapist at the Auckland Spine Surgical Centre, where he works in a diagnostic capacity alongside consulting spine specialists, helping guide patients through appropriate care pathways at both clinics, including Roland Jeffery Physiotherapy.

Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2019. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2024. Ben has worked with football teams over the last 5 years and is the lead physiotherapist for the Birkenhead United Men's Team. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Level 1 & 2.
Ben has a passion for all sports and an interest in treating sporting injuries using a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. He is also involved in the return to sport and force plate testing utilised at the clinic.
